Refunds

Books in new and unmarked condition may be returned for a refund with the original cash register receipt until the last day of the add period (see academic calendar).

Books purchased after the ADD period must be returned within three (3) business days for a refund. No refunds will be given during the final examination period. The original cash register receipt must accompany the book.

New books that have been marked are not returnable. Shrinkwrapped books are not returnable if the shrinkwrap has been removed.

Defective books are exchangeable, not cash refundable, at any time.
