Grant description

10-15 awards of ~$1000- $2500 each will be awarded to faculty to revise existing courses or design new courses that will further integrate research and creative activity into the undergraduate curriculum.

Applications encouraged from all five schools at Rhode Island College: Arts & Sciences, Education & Human Development, Management, Nursing, and Social Work.

Grants can be applied to develop new or to modify existing courses:

  • Introductory, Intermediate, or Capstone courses
  • Disciplinary or Interdisciplinary courses
  • Required or Elective courses
  • First-Year Seminar or Connections courses
  • Any course offered at RIC!
