Consortium of Rhode Island Academic and Research Libraries (CRIARL) Card
Rhode Island College is a member of the Consortium of Rhode Island Academic and Research Libraries (CRIARL). Any full-time faculty member may obtain a CRIARL card, which grants borrowing privileges at all CRIARL member libraries. CRIARL members which are not also HELIN members are the Providence Public Library, Rhode Island Historical Society, Rhode Island School of Design, Rhode Island State Library, and United States Naval War College. To obtain a CRIARL card, contact Access Services(456-8126).
*Even though Brown University Library is a HELIN member it does not allow open access to its libraries. Obtaining a CRIARL card will allow full-time faculty access to Brown University Libraries with borrowing privileges.
