Bulletin Board Policy

The Library's main lobby bulletin boards display information and announcements of interest to the Rhode Island College community. Bulletin board postings should announce events sponsored by, or contain information about, the Library, the College, recognized RIC student organizations, and library or college-affiliated non-campus organizations.

• Items for posting should be brought to the Reference desk in the library lobby.
• Questions regarding posting decisions should be addressed to a reference librarian.
• Items will be removed once the advertised event has occurred or one month after posting.
• Due to space limitation, items should be no larger than 18 x 24 inches.
• For-profit business or personal advertising will not be posted.

Other bulletin boards on campus are available for the display of a wide variety of materials. Please contact the Welcome and Information Center in the Student Union for additional options [Room 201, x8148].
