29 Tuesday Chairs notified of Cap and Gown Awards selection process by Commencement Coordinator
31 Thursday Admissions deadline for PEP applications
31 Thursday Chair submits evaluation by chair and DAC to faculty member and meets with person.  Faculty member signs evaluation and recommendation form (not implying agreement) and may append comments
31 Thursday Financial aid deadline for new freshman and continuing students
FEBRUARY
4 Monday Chair submits package, forms, and recommendation to dean
4 Monday Chairs submit faculty evaluations (including tenure and promotion packages and recommendations) to Deans/Library Director
4 Monday Consideration of faculty for salary increments, promotion, tenure, and non-renewal
4 Monday Deadline for selection of department chairs by president for vacancies occurring July 1

3 Wednesday President acts on tenure and promotion and notifies faculty and chair; faculty may seek
reconsideration by President within 10 working days.
4 Thursday President notifies faculty of promotion and tenure actions (or earlier)
