Andy
Crisafulli enters his fourth year as an assistant baseball coach at
Rhode Island College. He primarily works with team's pitchers. In addition, he assists head coach Jay Grenier with
recruiting, scouting, administering practices and game coaching.
Prior to joining the RIC staff,
Crisafulli was the head coach of the Swansea (MA) American Legion
team and the Bay State Games’ Western Massachusetts squad. He has coached baseball at the high school level for four years at Fairhaven H.S., Bridgewater-Raynham H.S. and in the
Somerset school system.
In
addition to his coaching duties, Crisafulli is a middle school health
education teacher in Swansea, Massachusetts. He was a physical education teacher in the Somerset (MA) school
system from 2002-06. He earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from
Bridgewater State College in 2000.
A
native of Swansea and a graduate of Joseph Case High School,
Crisafulli, a pitcher, went on to play at Quinnipiac University for
two seasons, before transferring to Bridgewater State for his final
two years.
He
is single and resides in Somerset, Massachusetts.
