Providence, RI—J.O. White hit a crucial free throw with 2.2 seconds remaining to preserve an 89-86 victory for Rhode Island College over Plymouth State College. |

White scored 23 points and grabbed 12 boards to lead RIC. Andre Daley scored 15, Jason Harris netted 13 and Lester Carter scored 12 points in the win. K.C. Grandfield dished out seven assists and scored seven points. |

Plymouth State’s Nick Pelotte and Anthony Oglesby each scored a game-high 28 points. Oglesby had cut RIC’s lead to 88-86, before the Panthers fouled White. |

Both teams have identical records of 10-4 overall and 3-2 in the Little East. |
