Providence, RI--Head
Coach Ryan Angel’s team is 3-1 overall and has yet to face a
Little East Conference opponent. RIC defeated Nichols College, 16-5,
in their only action last week. Since dropping their first game to
Curry on Mar. 23, the Anchorwomen have won three straight games, the
longest winning streak in the program's history. |

Freshman
center Caitlin Gavin (Portsmouth,
RI)
has played
four games, starting all of them. She has a team-high 17 points on a
team-best 17 goals. Gavin also has compiled a team-high 42 shots, 36
on goal, 22 ground balls and 13 draw controls. |

Sophomore
defender/attacker Crystal Colagiovanni (Johnston,
RI)
has played
four games, starting all of them. She has eight points on eight goals.
Colagiovanni has compiled 25 shots, 22 on goal, 16 ground balls and
one draw control. |

attacker Rachael Pecoraro (Smithfield,

four games, starting all of them. She has five goals and one assist
for six points. Pecoraro has compiled 14 shots, 12 on goal, nine
