Williams
played in 26 games, starting 12 of them. He was second on the squad in
scoring, averaging 11.3 points per game, while also contributing a
team-high 94 assists and 46 steals. Williams finished third in the LEC
in free-throw percentage, fourth in assists per game and seventh in
steals per contest. In 14 conference games, he averaged 10.7 points
and a team-high 3.4 steals per contest. Williams scored in
double-figures 17 times this winter, including three 20-plus point
performances and a team season-high 27-point performance versus
Wheaton on Nov. 22. He was named the conference's Rookie of the Week
five times on the season. |
