Providence, RI--Head
Coach Joe Testa’s team is 7-7 overall and 3-2 in the Little
East Conference. RIC was 2-0 last week, defeating Johnson & Wales,
6-3, on Tuesday, Apr. 26 and LEC rival Bridgewater State, 5-4, on
Friday, Apr. 29. |

co-captain Julio Andrade (Cranston,
RI)
is 12-2 (.857) at number three singles and 8-6 (.571) at number one
doubles for a team-high 16.0 points on the season. Andrade was 2-0 at
both number three singles and number one doubles in a 2-0 week for the
Anchormen. He has been named the LEC’s Player of the Week once on the
season. |

Junior Barry Manfredi (Westerly,
RI)
is 8-6 (.571) at number one singles and 8-6 (.571) at number one
doubles for 12.0 points on the season. Manfredi was 2-0 at number one
doubles in a 2-0 week for the Anchormen. |

Lorne Teeter (Warwick,
RI)
is 7-1 (.875) in singles for 7.0 points on the season. He went 2-0 at
number six singles in a 2-0 week for the Anchormen. He has been named
the LEC’s Rookie of the Week once on the season. |

is 6-7 (.462) at number two singles and 4-10 (.286) at number two
doubles for 8.0 points on the season. He was 2-0 at number four
