RIC Softball Selected to Play in
ECAC Div. III Championships

Providence, RI—The Rhode Island College softball team has been selected to play in the eight-team ECAC Div. III Championships for the fifth time in the past seven seasons. RIC is the third seed and will host at sixth-seeded Elms on Wednesday, May 11 at 4 P.M.

The Anchorwomen are 24-15 on the season and were the 2005 Little East Conference Regular Season Champions. 2005 marks the seventh consecutive season that RIC has posted 20 or more wins.
