– The Johnson & Wales
University golf squad suffered a heart breaking 336-335 setback
against intra-state rival Rhode Island College at the Cranston Country
Club on Friday afternoon. |

Leading the way
for Rhode Island College in the victory was Lionel Noel and Scott
Baris who each posted scores of 81 while Shawn Rebocho posted an 84
for the day. |
|
|
|
All five Johnson &
Wales golfers carded rounds of 90 or better, one of the best team
finishes this season for the Wildcats. Leading the way for JWU was
freshman Dustin Bride (Manchester,
Conn.) who shot the low round of
the day for either team with an 80 while junior Josh Terry (Amesbury,
Mass.) and freshman Nick
D’Angelo (Rutland,
Mass.) each had scores of 85 on the
afternoon. |

The Wildcats will
wrap-up the 2005-06 campaign when they travel to Elms on Friday, April
28th. |
