RIC PLACES FOURTH AT BISON INVITATIONAL
Tim Carpentier Ties for Second Overall With an 80

Uxbridge, MA—The Rhode Island College men’s golf team placed fourth overall at the Nichols College Bison Invitational played at Blissful Meadows Golf Course. The Anchormen finished behind first place Bentley (321), second place Nichols (325) and third place Bryant (331) with a score of 336.

Senior Tim Carpentier (Woonsocket, RI) tied with three others for second place overall with a score of 80. Junior Derrick Garforth (Tiverton, RI) shot an 83, junior Barrett Kern (Pawtucket, RI) fired an 86, senior Shawn Rebocho (Albion, RI) registered a mark of 87 and sophomore Mike Onischuk (Garfield, NJ) rounded out the Anchormen contingent with a score of 99.

Remaining team scores: 5th, Wentworth (337); 6th Endicott (348), 7th tie Johnson & Wales and Brandeis (350), 9th Suffolk (369); 10th Gordon (404), 11th Mitchell (434).
