RIC Women’s Gymnastics Ends
Season
at ECAC Championships

|
Springfield, Mass.—The
Rhode Island College women’s gymnastics team ended their season at
the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) New England Div. III
Championships, hosted by Springfield College on Saturday, Mar. 15.
The Anchorwomen placed seventh (eight teams) with a team score of
171.550. Ursinus won the title with a team score of 187.675. |

Freshman
Robyn Albert (Sharon, MA) led the Anchorwomen with a 35.525
all-around total, which was 10th overall. She also paced
RIC on bars (29th) at 8.500 and floor (26th)
at 9.250. |

Sophomore Megan Connor (Warwick, RI) led Rhode
Island College on vault (21st) with a score of 9.275,
while classmate Kelly Longo (Pembroke, MA) paced the
Anchorwomen on beam (26th) at 8.900. |

Coach Susie Taylor was named the ECAC N.E. Div. III
Co-Assistant Women’s Gymnastics Coach of the Year. |
