Rhode Island College Basketball Partakes in
NCAA Take A Kid To The Game Program

Providence, RI—Rhode Island College will participate in NCAA Basketball’s Take a Kid to the Game program during the men’s and women’s basketball games on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2002. The women will tip-off at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m. Both games are against Western Connecticut State University.

There will be free admission for all children, as well as free admission for an accompanying adult. The first 100 kids in attendance will receive a special gift. In addition to seeing the games, there will be games, awards, contests and prizes for children.

NCAA Basketball’s official mascot, J.J. Jumper will be appearing at both games.
