Rhode Island College Men’s Cross Country Update #8

Providence, RI--Head Coach Kevin Jackson’s team finished the 2002 season at the New England Div. III Championships, hosted by Westfield State College on Saturday, Nov. 16. RIC placed 19^th (35 teams) with a score of 537. Keene State won the meet with a score of 64.

Junior Misha Knuettel (Warwick, RI) finished 29^th with a time of 25:42. Kneuttel earned All-New England honors for his performance.

Sophomore Joe Parenteau (Smithfield, RI) finished 60^th with a time of 26:22.

Freshman Emmanuel Karngar (Providence, RI) finished 146^th with a time of 28:01.

Senior Mike Daniels (Warwick, RI) finished 151^st with a time of 28:16.

Junior Mike Basilico (Johnston, RI) finished 154^th with a time of 28:21.

Sophomore Matt Faria (Seekonk, MA) finished 216^th with a time of 30:18.

Sophomore Josh Precourt (Woonsocket, RI) finished 227^th with a time of 30:53.
