Providence, RI-- Head
Coach Kevin Jackson’s team placed first (four teams) at the
Ocean State Invitational, hosted by CCRI, on Thursday, Sept. 11.
Johnson and Wales and Naval Prep were the other institutions
participating in the meet. |

Senior Becky Horton
(Seekonk, MA) was the Anchorwomen’s top runner, placing third
with a time of 22:27. |

Sophomore Kim Cadden
(Warwick, RI) finished fourth with a time of 22:43. |
|
|
|
Freshman Brandy Bates
(Cranston, RI) placed fifth with a time of 24:58. |
|
|
|
Freshman Teresa
Kenneally (Florence, MA) placed sixth with a time of 25:11. |

Freshman Melissa
Henault (Pascoag, RI) finished 10th with a time of
25:30. |

Sophomore Meghan
Labossiere (Glendale, RI) placed 18th with a time of
29:23. |
