Providence, RI--Head
Coach Ryan Angel’s team is 2-1 overall and has yet to face a
Little East Conference opponent. The Anchorwomen opened the season on
Tuesday, Mar. 23 at Curry College where they were defeated, 15-2. RIC
then was victorious at home over Lasell, 11-10 in double overtime, on
Thursday, Mar. 25 and against Worcester State, 12-4, on Saturday, Mar.

center Caitlin Gavin (Portsmouth,
RI)
has played
three games, starting all of them. She has a team-high 11 points on a
team-best 11 goals. Gavin also has compiled a team-high 33 shots, 27
on goal, 20 ground balls and 13 draw controls. |

defender/attacker Crystal Colagiovanni (Johnston,

three games, starting all of them. She has five points on five goals.
