Rhode Island College Women’s Indoor Track Update #8

Providence, RI-- Head Coach Kevin Jackson’s team competed at the Little East Conference/MASCAC Alliance Championships, hosted by Southern Maine on Saturday, Feb. 14. RIC was tied for eighth overall (ten teams) with 26.0 points and was fifth in the Little East (five teams) with 26.0 points.

Sophomore Dana Skorupa (Cumberland, RI) earned All-Alliance/Little East honors in three events. She placed third in the 55 meters, first in the 200 meters and first in the 400 meters with times of 7.53, 26.58 and 1:00.70, respectively.

Freshman Amanda Rinn (Warwick, RI) placed 17th in the 200 meters with a time of 31.51.
