Providence, RI--Head
Coach Kevin Jackson’s team placed 23rd (29 teams) with a score
of 633 points at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational, on Saturday, Sept.
18. Bates College won the meet with 58 points. |

|
Sophomore Eric Lonergan (North
Kingstown, RI) was
the Anchormen’s top runner at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational,
placing 85th overall with a time of 27:35. |
|
|
|
Junior Tim Goodwin (Warwick,
RI) finished 133rd
at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 28:47. He was the
Anchormen’s top runner placing fourth with a time of 30:07 at the
Rhode Island Collegiate Invitational on Sept. 9. |

|
|
Freshman Greg Clark (Pawtucket,
RI) finished 172nd
at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 29:48. He placed 11th
with a time of 32:18 at the Rhode Island Collegiate Invitational on
Sept. 9. |

Sophomore Andy Neil (Warwick,
RI) finished 173rd
at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 29:52. He
placed 16th at the Rhode Island Collegiate Invitational
on Sept. 9 with a time of 33:24. |

Junior Manny Karngar (Providence,
RI) finished 180th
at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 30:02. |

Freshman Mike Van Gieson
(Foster, RI) finished 184th at the UMass-Dartmouth
Invitational with a time of 30:08. He finished 12th
at the Rhode Island Collegiate Invitational on Sept. 9, with a time of
32:37. |

Freshman Mike Sarazin (Pawtucket,
RI) placed 23rd
at the Rhode Island Collegiate Invitational on Sept. 9 with a time of
35:21. |

Freshman Sam Gaye (Providence,
RI) placed 208th
at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 32:00. |

In upcoming action, RIC will
host the Ray Dwyer Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 25. |
