Rhode Island College Women’s Cross Country Update #1

Providence, RI--Head Coach Kevin Jackson’s team has two invitationals under their belt this season.

• RIC opened the 2005 season at the Community College of Rhode Island Invitational on Thursday, Sept. 1. The Anchorwomen did not compete as a team. Freshman Hannah Clark (Attleboro, MA) placed 18^th with a time of 15:57, freshman Emily Fox (Seekonk, MA) placed 19^th with a time of 16:06 and freshman Nicole Parenteau (Smithfield, RI) placed 22^nd with a time of 17:38.

• RIC competed at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 17. The Anchorwomen did not compete as a team. Clark placed 217^th, Fox placed 224^th and Parenteau placed 249^th.
