Hannah Clark is RIC’s Top Finisher at
Little East/MASCAC Alliance
Women’s Cross Country Championship

Providence, RI—Rhode
Island College sophomore Hannah Clark (Attleboro, MA) was the
Anchorwomen’s top runner at the Little East Conference/MASCAC Alliance
Women’s Cross Country Championship, hosted by Keene State on Saturday,
Oct. 28. |

|
|
Clark placed 65th
out of 100 competitors with a time of 25:11. In addition, freshman
Elizabeth Glunt (Altoona, PA) placed 82nd with a time
of 26:09, freshman Christine Smith (Foster, RI) placed 85th
with a time of 26:37, junior Maria Valletta (Cranston, RI)
placed 95th with a time of 28:59 and freshman Kaitlin
Kelliher (West Warwick, RI) placed 98th with a time of
30:59 |

Head
Coach Kevin Jackson’s team placed 12th (12 teams) in
the Alliance with a score of 327. The Anchorwomen placed sixth (six
teams) in the Little East with a score of 175. |

In
upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the ECAC New
England, Div. III Championships, hosted by Williams College on
Saturday, Nov. 4. |
