In his first
collegiate appearance, Fortes paced the Rhode Island College attack
with a team-high 15 points to lift the Anchormen past Bridgewater
State College, 73-71, on Nov. 20. In just 19 minutes off the bench,
the Proctor Academy product was five-for-six from the field,
including three-for-four from three-point range. He also pulled in
five defensive rebounds. |
