Rhode Island College Women’s Indoor Track Update #5

Providence, RI--Head Coach Kevin Jackson’s team competed at the Boston University Terrier Classic, on Saturday, Jan. 25. There were no team scores.

Freshman Kim Cadden (Warwick, RI) finished 61st in the mile with a time of 5:37.09. The time was a new school record for Cadden, who also had the school's previous high.

Sophomore Kate McCalligett (Warwick, RI) placed 36^th in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.11 8.

Sophomore Jessica Leonard (Warwick, RI) placed 25^th in the weight throw with a distance of 38’02.00."

Junior Michele Dunphy (Cranston, RI) placed 73^rd in the 800 meters with a time of 2:44.69.

Junior Joanne Pora (Attleboro, MA) placed 31^st in the weight throw with a distance of 35’09.25."

Freshman Dana Skorupa (Cumberland, RI) placed 50th in the 400 meters with a time of 1:01.28.
