Services

Regular classroom delivery - Equipment may be requested for classroom delivery at the instructor’s request. Order forms, signed by the instructor must be submitted 24 hours in advance, or by 2:00pm the day before the equipment is needed. Equipment request forms may be picked up at the AV office (Gaige 113E) or from your department secretary.

Customer pick-up and return - Students, faculty, and staff may borrow equipment or film and video from the AV department. A variety of equipment is available for loan.

Short term loan - A variety of equipment is available for special needs i.e.; class projects, individual needs etc.

Long term loan - We have a limited amount of equipment available for long term semester loan to faculty and departments with increased needs.

Video/audio duplication services - Duplication of audio cassette tapes and 1/2" vhs tapes is available for non-copyrighted materials.

Conference planning - Let us help you coordinate your Audiovisual needs for your conference or seminar.

Preview Room - A preview room for small groups is available in the AV Department.

Instructional Media - The AV Department maintains a collection of 7000 16mm films and video tapes. The department will also make arrangements for rental of instructional media from several off campus sources.
