College Events and Conference Services
The office of College Events and Conference Services (CECS) is charged with the overall planning of all College events (including convocation and graduation) and conference services (both internal and external).
- Providing “one-stop shopping” for events, promoting efficiency and consistency for the program's event coordinator as well as for service providers.
- Coordinating the scheduling of conferences and necessary services.
All requests for space on campus are processed through the college's reservation system, RIC Rooms.
