Robing at 4:45 p.m.
Procession at 5:30 p.m.
Alumni Lounge, Roberts Hall: Platform Guests
Board of Governors' Room, Roberts Hall: All Faculty and Professional Staff

On a signal from the marshal, the faculty line of march will follow the platform dignitaries exiting Roberts Hall. Degree candidates will have assembled and will follow your group into the Auditorium.

IN CASE OF RAIN: The marshals will re-direct the procession inside the building.

Faculty Information - Regalia

Thursday - May 14th

Faculty and staff who would like to rent academic regalia for the Cap & Gown Convocation on Wednesday, April 29, the graduate ceremony on Thursday, May 14, or the undergraduate commencement on Saturday, May 16, may do so at the Bookstore. Regalia will be dropped off at the Bookstore.

Deadline for ordering is as follows:

• April 3 - Cap and Gown Convocation
• April 17 - Graduate and Undergraduate Ceremonies

Regalia will be dropped off at the Bookstore. We suggest you call in advance to confirm delivery.
