Faculty Information - Advanced Degree Exercises

Thursday - May 15th

Robing at 4:45 p.m.
Procession at 5:30 p.m.
Murray Center, Hall of Fame Room: Platform Guests
Murray Center, Room 201 / 202: All Faculty and Professional Staff

Following robing, the faculty/staff procession will form in the second floor hallway. On a signal from the marshal, it will follow the platform dignitaries down the South staircase to the ground floor level, exiting the South side of the building and proceeding to the mall. Once on the mall, the procession will proceed to the front entrance of the building. Degree candidates will have assembled at locations on the mall, and will follow your group into the gymnasium. For these exercises, faculty/staff will be seated in an area adjacent to the platform.

IN CASE OF RAIN: The marshals will re-direct the procession inside the building.

Faculty Information - Regalia

Thursday - May 15th

Faculty and staff who would like to rent academic regalia for the Cap & Gown Convocation on Wednesday, April 30, the graduate ceremony on Thursday, May 15, or the undergraduate commencement on Saturday, May 17, may do so at the Bookstore. Regalia will be dropped off at the Bookstore.

Deadline for ordering is as follows:

• April 4 - Cap and Gown Convocation
• April 18 - Graduate and Undergraduate Ceremonies

Regalia will be dropped off at the Bookstore. We suggest you call in advance to confirm delivery.
