Bus Leaves Student Union @ 3:15pm

• Your ticket price includes bus transportation and admission to McCoy Stadium.
• While anyone is allowed to come to this trip, please be aware that this is a senior class event and we would prefer if mostly students graduating the College would attend.
• In case of game cancellation, you will be given your ticket that day at the Welcome and Information Center at the Student Union, so that you may go to the rain date on your own.
• There are no refunds for this event.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at RIC or on the bus to McCoy.
• Be aware that while the game begins at 6:05pm, the food is available in the tent from 4:00pm until game time.
• Be on time, the bus will wait for no one.
• All participants must fill out a waiver and check in and are required to take the transportation provided.
• Purchased tickets are check in purposes, however the ACTUAL tickets will be given the day of the game after you have filled out the required waiver form and are seated on the bus.
• Any violation of these rules will then forfeit your ticket and not be able to receive a refund.
• Bus will leave McCoy immediately after the game.
