Background

Thomas Cobb studied at the University of Arizona (M.F.A.) and the University of Houston (Ph.D.). Since 1987 he has taught fiction writing and literature at Rhode Island College, directing the program 1987-2005. He is the author of the novel Crazy Heart and a collection of stories, Acts of Contrition.
