Background

Phyllis Choquette, LPN, MSW, LICSW is experienced working within the private sector in the areas of Mental Health and Addictions. She has over 20 years experience working with families within the public sector in the areas of Substance Abuse, Elder Abuse and Child Welfare. Phyllis is currently a Clinical Training Specialist for the Child Welfare Institute as well as the coordinator of the internship program for the Department of Children, Youths and Families.
