Background

Catherine joined the Child Welfare Institute in December of 2001. She runs the day-to-day functions of the office and assists with the organization of pre-service and in-service training programs. Her responsibilities include promoting in-service training events and registering participants, organizing training manuals, ordering office supplies, taking meeting minutes, and generating Institute mailings. Before joining the Institute, Cathy provided support services as a Senior Word Processing Typist to family services staff in one of DCYF's regional offices (Pawtucket). She has been employed by DCYF for ten years.
