This introductory training program is designed to provide support staff with the skills and orientation to function effectively within a multicultural / diverse workplace.

This program offers new Social Caseworker II staff a comprehensive array of classes on contemporary child welfare issues.

Substance Abuse

This program consists of three trainings on The Nature of Substance Abuse, Substance Abuse and the Family, and Treatment Options for child welfare professionals.

Supervisor Training Program

A practical, hands-on, experience that incorporates relevant skill building.

This information management system streamlines functions throughout DCYF and enables federal reporting, as well as provides simultaneous access to case information.
