Lori's background in business and education brings a unique perspective to the field of human services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Adult Education. As a training consultant, Lori provides curriculum and instructional design consultation and training of trainers workshops to support policy and practice initiatives; facilitation for meetings, trainings and strategic planning retreats; supervisory training and support; technology training on the Rhode Island Child Welfare Information System (RICHIST); professional development planning to support retention; e-learning solutions to support traditional training programs; and training system assessment and planning. Lori also has a close relationship with the National Resource Center for Organizational Improvement which connects her to national resources in human services and training.
