Your childhood dream has at last come true:  you are now the proud owner of your very own candy store.  You must now develop a schematic (a diagram indicating department placement and general layout configuration).  Identify the layout scheme you will have as well as the departments you will include within this configuration.  Justify your choice of layout and department placement.

2.         *Web-Based Exercises*

Complete the “Web-Based Exercises” at the end of Chapters 11, 12, and 13.  There is one exercise at the end of each chapter, for a total of 3 exercises for this question.

3.         *Financial Analysis Model*

Suggest and explain a method or model that may be used to evaluate service retailers.  You may create this model or apply one that you have found reported in the literature.
