Mikaila Mariel Lemonik Arthur is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Rhode Island College. She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in sociology at New York University and her B.A. in sociology at Mount Holyoke College. She primarily teaches courses on research methods and law & society, while her current research involves a network analysis of curricular change in higher education. Other areas of interest include social movements and the sociology of race and ethnicity.
