Announcing an Intensive Workshop Series for the Praxis II Tests : May 13-16 & May 31, 2008

Students admitted to the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development are required to pass the mandated Rhode Island Department of Education teacher licensure tests, Praxis II, before student teaching at Rhode Island College. These tests are required by the State of Rhode Island in order to be certified to teach.

The workshop will consist of activities over four consecutive days with one follow-up Saturday morning session about two weeks later. Activities will include developing a study plan, effective use of the tools and resources available, test taking strategies, and anxiety reducing strategies.
