Graduate Checklist

If you earned your degree in January 2009 or expect to do so in May or during the summer, please accept our congratulations and best wishes! In order to be sure that things flow smoothly for you, please review the following suggestions:

May and Summer Candidates:

• Has your degree audit been completed? If not, or if you have questions about your audit, please call the Records Office at 401-456-8212.

All Candidates:

• Academic Regalia will be available for purchase at GradFest on Wednesday, April 1st, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom. If you cannot purchase at that time, inquire at the Campus Store (456-8025).
• Do you have any remaining financial obligation to the College? Any outstanding financial obligation will prevent your degree from being posted on your transcript of academic record. Also, please note that failure to complete a Student Loan Exit Interview will cause the Bursar’s Office to place a “hold” on your record and that no transcripts may be released until this criterion has been satisfied.
• In April, you will receive a packet that will include three engraved invitations for the May 14th exercises and other relevant information.
