Teacher Preparation

The highly-regarded Rhode Island College Teacher Preparation Programs in Health Education, Physical Education, and the Double Major Option prepare teacher candidates to become certified leaders of education in their field. RIC Health and Physical Education graduates have a well-deserved reputation of being highly effective in their disciplines. A RIC Health and Physical Education graduate is skillfully trained to competently deliver health and physical education to students of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Graduates are well-respected and sought-after by school districts in Rhode Island and beyond.
