Hopkins Hill Math Mentors Program

In January, 2006 Rhode Island College's Feinstein School of Education and Human Development and Hopkins Hill Elementary School in Coventry joined together for the Hopkins Hill Math Mentors Program, an exciting partnership that merges mentoring, academic support, and early college awareness.

The Math Mentors program is supported by College for Every Student (CFES), a nationally recognized non-profit organization that helps underserved students take steps to prepare for, access, and succeed in college. Since 1991 the organization has helped 140,000 underserved students achieve measurable gains in academic performance, graduate from high school, and pursue higher education.
