Positive, supportive relationships enhance the quality of our lives. The mentor / mentee relationship is reciprocal; both parties benefit from the bonds of support and friendship. Mentors improve their one on one student communication skills, learn from two of the most dedicated teachers in the state, and receive teaching materials for use in their courses and future classrooms. Mentees improve their math skills to become Math Masters, gain confidence, have fun at school, develop an early interest in attending college, and look forward to becoming a college student.
