Background

Charlotte Burgess is Costume Designer at Rhode Island College. She teaches a costume design course that includes a substantial portion of costume history, and a make-up design course, and she designs the mainstage shows. This is her first year at Rhode Island College. She has spent the last five seasons as Wardrobe Supervisor at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, and has designed numerous productions for local theatre companies.
