Service Charges

These charges apply to all spaces. Current rate is quoted, but subject to change without notice
Technical Director:

A House Technical Director must be on hand during all hours in which the space is occupied, unless agreed to by Center Management.

$28.00 per hour for the first 7 hours on any given day.

Time-and-a-half before 9:00am and any hours in excess of seven in a given day.

Double time for any part of an hour after midnight.

Technical Director charges do not apply to on-campus organizations unless their times exceed 35 hrs per week.
Technicians:

Hours as needed and mutually agreed to by the Lessee and the Center's Management.

$9.00 per hour for the first 7 hours on any given day.

House Manager: $75.00 per performance for on campus organizations
$85.00 per performance for all other organizations
Fire Marshall: $120 - $200 for 4 hours, per day, or as quoted by RIC Security.
Housekeeping: $100 - $300 per day, or as quoted by the RIC Housekeeping Department.
Box Office:

Ticket surcharge:

On campus organizations: $0.30 per all tickets printed.
All other organizations: $0.50 per all tickets printed.
Piano moving and tuning: As quoted.
Additional room(s): $100 per day, per room.
