Service Charges

(All rates subject to change without notice.)
Technical Director: A House Technical Director must be on hand during all hours in which the space is occupied.

$30.00 per hour for the first 7 hours on any given day.

Time-and-a-half before 9:00am and any hours in excess of seven/day.

Double time for any part of an hour after midnight.

Technicians:

Number of technicians and hours as needed and mutually agreed to by the Lessee and Center Management

$14.00 per hour for the first 7 hours on any given day

Time-and-a-half before 9:00am and any hours in excess of seven in a given day

Double time for any part of an hour after midnight

House Manager: $85/performance based on a 4 hour shift
Fire Marshall/Campus Police:

One 4 hour shift/day is included for those events/activities paying a usage fee.   Additional time or officers may incur additional charges.

Housekeeping: Basic housekeeping service is included for those events/activities paying a usage fee.  Additional custodial fees may be assessed for special duty or overtime hours, as required.
Box Office:

Ticket surcharge:
On campus organizations: $0.30 per all tickets printed.
All other organizations: $0.50 per all tickets printed.

Piano moving and tuning: As quoted.
Additional room(s): $200 per day, per room

Please note: The use of smoke effects in Roberts Auditorium for rehearsals and/or performance will result in a $200/use Fire Technician charge.
