RIC offers new graduate certificate program in Health Psychology
RIC’s Department of Psychology announces a new Certificate of Graduate Studies (C.G.S.) in Health Psychology starting in fall 2010.
The program provides 16 credits of graduate coursework in health psychology, psychological research methods and statistics, plus electives from an approved set of courses in psychology, nursing or the Health Education Department.
“This program will be of interest to people wanting to learn more about the science of behavioral medicine and has applications for careers in research, patient care, and public health policy,” said program director Christine Marco.
