RIC Chamber Orchestra, small ensembles in concert, April 10

The Rhode Island College Chamber Orchestra and small ensembles will perform in concert on Sunday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the Nazarian Center's Sapinsley Hall. John Sumerlin will conduct.

Sumerlin, violinist and conductor of the RIC Chamber Orchestra, has been a professor of music at the college since 1989. He teaches violin and viola, is the head of the chamber music program, and is a founding member of Trio Rhode and Proteus String Quartet, both RIC faculty ensembles.
