Profs. Murakami, Montali to speak at Faculty Colloquium, Nov. 8
The 11th Annual Faculty Research Colloquium will feature presentations by two RIC Faculty Research Grant recipients on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 4 p.m. in Alger Hall 110.

Brandon MurakamiBrandon Murakami, assistant professor of physics, will describe his research on the basic constituents of the universe in a talk titled, “The Race for a New Discovery in Fundamental Physical Law: Rare Muon Decay vs. the Large Hadron Collider.”

"Souvenir," a photograph by Amy MontaliAmy Montali, assistant professor of art, will present and discuss a selection of her recent large-scale color photographs in a talk titled, “HARVEST: Narrative Photography and Long-Term Collaborative Processes.”
A question-and-answer session will be held. Refreshments will be served.
