Soyeon Kate Lee to perform in Adams Foundation piano recital, Oct. 21

Pianist and international award-winner Soyeon Kate Lee will perform in a Performing Arts Series presentation on Sunday, Oct. 21, at 2:30 p.m. in the Nazarian Center’s Sapinsley Hall.
The event – an Adams Foundation recital – will showcase the refined technique and lively imagination of the Juilliard-trained Lee, a native of South Korea who took first prize in the prestigious 2010 Naumburg International Piano Competition in New York City.
The New York Times describes her as a musician with “a huge, richly varied sound, a lively imagination and a firm sense of style.”
