Sleep is topic of discussion April 28

Attendees can learn about the normal sleep cycle, how much sleep is needed to feel well and be safe, and get some useful tips to foster sweet dreams and a restful sleep.
The speaker will be Dr. Katherine Sharkey, an assistant professor of medicine in Brown University’s Alpert Medical School. Her research focuses on sleep and circadian rhythms, particularly in relation to mood regulation, psychiatry and women's health.
