CHPR Registration Form
Students and community members who wish to submit research protocols to the RIC
CHPR must register for a system account below. If you did not arrive here via
the
Manage Protocols page, please read it for a
brief overview of workflow as it pertains to submissions to the CHPR.
The following steps show the general procedure.
- If a student, your research advisor must first enter the system using his or her RIC network account and validate it by following the instructions provided after logging in. (Faculty only need to do this once.) Complete the following form and submit it to ORGA. We will review the request and issue account information via email.
- It is your responsibility to then enter the management system and
submit your research protocol for review. Submissions must be made by
the 1st of each month in order to be reviewed in the same month, should
the Committee meet.
- Official Committee communications will be in the form of email after
submission. You may also return to the system at any time to review the
status of your submission, make amendments or further requests, or to
see reviewer comments.
