Purchasing Software
In the case of software purchases, the State has an agreement with
ASAP Software. This means unless ASAP Software does not carry a product or the product is sole-source, they should be the vendor on all software purchases. Software purchases should be coordinated with User Support Services on-campus.
Note: User Support Services may carry a "site license" for the software you need, meaning it can be installed on your PC without the need to purchase it. Further, User Support Services will outfit purchased PCs with standard software. Please contact them at (401) 456-8803 to determine how the College can best outfit you.
