Purchasing from WB Mason

WB Mason can be used to purchase office supplies online. While furniture purchases from WB Mason are declined in favor of Correctional Industries (please see the furniture page), WB Mason carries virtually every product your sponsored activity needs in administrative, day-to-day operation.

Buying from WB Mason

To begin, you must have a WB Mason account, approved via the Purchasing Office at (401) 456-8047 and a faxed form. Once you receive your account information, go to the WB Mason homepage. Place your order in the online ordering system as you would order any other component online when making a personal purchase. ORGA staff will receive your request for a purchase, electronically approve and forward the request to Purchasing. You will be notified when the approval is made.
